Dear Jeff,
Whatever changes happen this coming year, accept them with dignity and grace but most of all with Joy!
All the best for 2014!
Yes, change is all that and more. As always, thanks for always sending me your blogs. They are almost always timely and pertinent. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday and a happy & healthy New Year!
Life is all about change. Remember the situation when I brought my sister to a session? Didn’t go well.. She was not ready for change. Over the last several months my sister and I have become very close. Yesterday she personally thanked me and told me that she saw the CHANGE in me. She said that she learned a great deal from me and therefore made some changes herself. Best Christmas gift ever! Thank you for the journey and Happy Holidays!
Hi Jeff! Ahh, how we all resist change. I still do from time to time, but it still creeps up behind me and bites me on the back side!
I am now an official Certified Fitness Trainer. I’ve got my first job since my daughter was born back in 2002. Talk about change. But it’s a good change. I’m still unsteady on my feet, but I just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
My best wishes to you and your family for a happy and healthy 2015!
Thanks Jeff, Hoping for tons of change for the better in 2015!
